ALPHA OMEGA Racing is a high performance parts designer, developer and manufacturer, formerly known as ALPHA OMEGA Parts and Services (09/09/09 – 09/09/14).

We are a specialist group of certified automotive engineers and experienced industry experts who will bring you new technology and exciting products for your racing needs and street modifying enjoyment including drift, drag, circuit, motorkhana, hillclimbs, skidpans, supersprint and time attack.

ALPHA OMEGA parts are proudly Australian; we support Australian forums, Australian clubs, Australian businesses and Australian charities.

Full kits are engineered to work together so that the fitment and quality are guaranteed. We can quickly and easily give you aftersales support, troubleshoot,  and answer all your questions, that’s why we don’t separate the parts of our kits.

Alpha Omega Racing Parts for a Cheap Bargain Price

It’s for Australia only, and it’s not available all the time. When we can, ALPHA OMEGA will pay for shipping, insurance and online door-to-door tracking to metropolitan areas.

Excludes rural areas.

International guys please understand that shipping out of Sydney/Australia/an Island in the middle of nowhere is too expensive for us to cover, sorry!

We ask that you do not abuse the free service, such as ordering a Brembo bleeder one day, and a Brembo bleeder the next day, and a Brembo bleeder next week. If we feel there is unfair usage then you will be notified and charged for shipping, or cancel your orders.

It’s easy; browse through our website, “Add to cart” the items you would like to purchase, get a shipping quote in the cart, and follow the checkout prompts. After your payment has cleared, your parts will be made ready for pickup or shipping.

You will receive email updates on all stages of the buying process from the initial order confirmation, through to processing, order completed and order ready for pickup / order shipped.

Some customers like walking in to purchase the parts off the shelf, so although the website may state that a particular product is in stock, please understand that it may not be 100% accurate. If the wait is more than 5 days we will get in contact with you and discuss the options.

Any order cancellations will incur a 15% administration fee.

All parts and services made to order, special ordered, pre-ordered, or group purhcases (“Group Buy”) cannot be cancelled and the full deposit will be forfeited.

A 25% restocking fee will apply for all returned goods. All shipping and handling fees are not covered by ALPHA OMEGA and we will recover all initial shipping, handling and insurance costs.

After 28 days ALPHA OMEGA will not accept any goods for return.

All returns to ALPHA OMEGA must be authorised by ALPHA OMEGA and any decision or outcome is final and non-negotiable.

All goods returned must be in the original package, in the original salesworthy condition including tags, stickers, packaging, labels, documents, parts, lubricants, tools, etc. 

All deposits, pre-orders, special orders, and made to order parts are non-refundable.

Once your order is ready, any outstanding amount must be paid in full prior to the goods leaving our premises. All goods must leave our premises within 21 days of notification.

After 21 days, Alpha Omega reserves the right to release the hold on the goods, make the goods available to other customers, and no refund is applicable. By pre-ordering, you agree to forfeit your payment(s) and your position in the queue after 21 days.

This policy ensures efficient inventory management and fairness to all customers. Please ensure timely completion of your purchase to avoid any inconvenience.

PayPal does NOT refund their fees, never, not under any condition. This includes all card payments processed by PayPal including but not limited to credit, debit,  savings and cheque accounts.

Any mistakes or changes in your shipping and/or order details must be cancelled and refunded – less the PayPal fee – and then re-ordered correctly.

This is the PayPal policy, not ours.

“If you refund a payment for goods or services (partially or fully), there are no fees to make the refund, but the fees you originally paid as the seller will not be returned to you. The amount of the refunded payment will be deducted from your PayPal account.”

We accept cash, bank transfer, money order, VISA or MasterCard (fees apply) and PayPal (fees apply). All payments must be cleared before products are released.

After you place an order:

An email confirmation of your order will be sent to the email address you have entered. Please check your spam folder and add to your safe list. We will continually update you via email on the progress of your order:
– Order received
– Awaiting payment clearance
– Processing
– Shipping confirmation with tracking information


Shipment inclusions:

– Insurance to cover all the parts in your shipment at the price you’ve paid – retail, wholesale, promos, discounts, sales, etc
– Tracking number(s)
– Online door-to-door tracking link(s) if available
– Signature on delivery if available



We aim to ship products out the door 3 days after your payment is confirmed cleared in our bank account. This time will be used for administrative tasks, picking your order, carrying out a final round of quality control, packing, booking a carrier, and then finalisation.
Out-of-stock, pre-orders, special orders, custom orders, and unforeseen circumstances may delay this timeframe. If there are any delays we will contact you as soon as possible.
During checkout, you will receive an estimated timeframe for delivery. Unforeseen circumstances may delay this timeframe and you will be notified in writing when this is known by ALPHA OMEGA.



ALPHA OMEGA Racing is located in Australia and we ship most products worldwide. We reserve the right to use and change carriers that we feel is most suitable by taking into consideration things such as size, weight, tail lift, timeframe, location, premises, insurance, tracking, signature on delivery and other added services.

Damages or loss in transit:

All shipments include insurance to cover all the parts in your order at the price you’ve paid – retail, wholesale, promos, discounts, sales, etc.

Rest easy that our shipping friends have never lost a shipment have only lost two shipment in 12+ years and they were all covered by full insurance – the customers did not lose any money whatsoever – we actually added in free gifts and bonuses into their replacement parts, just to make up for the headaches.

All products are tightly packed with multiple layers of protection, thoroughly and generously, and products have always been delivered in perfect condition – one exception was when a powdercoated brake caliper was dropped and chipped but again was covered by full insurance and no out of pocket costs were incurred by the customer.
